TTT is primarily engaged in Plan of Record (POR) process management and solution investment benchmarking & recommendations; and overall project managementcomprisingbusiness requirements analysis, functional solution design, partnering with IT and other business partner teams for solution development, testing and solutions deployment specifically related with Transaction/Income/Property Taxes\nResponsibilities\nKey Knowledge & Skill Requirement:\nExpert skills in Oracle ERP withImplementation / Enhancement / Support experience on Oracle R12 platform with primary focus oneBizTax forQ2C/P2P/IC/AGIS processes. Working knowledge of SQL\nWill be an advantage to have working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Q2C process.\nHands on working knowledgeonTax software products like Sabrix,OneSourceetc.\nGood working knowledge of BI solutions likeIncorta& MSTR and any other Tax Reporting Solutions\nExperience in Project management usingAgile methodology.Handled various roles including Project Manager, Test Lead, Cutover Lead etc\nAbility to Lead and develop innovative solutions, while being part of high potential knowledge experts through focused self-drive and motivation\nContribute and Deliver to the organization in leading/managing the delivery of programs and projects\nAbility to work and communicate acrossdifferent levels& geographies\nExpert knowledge of accounting principlesbacked with application experience in multiple financial functions\nBe a team player, having positive attitude\nDemonstrate customer orientation and sense of urgency to all deliverables\nInclination to learn the problem solving/troubleshooting and analytical skills\nAbility to gain alignment on the solution approach, across multiple teams\nMeasures of Success\nContribute to Increase customer satisfaction - Able to provide Customer consulting byidentifyingand recommending the innovation/improvement ideas for solutions\nContribute to Increase speed to opportunity to build/increase TTT capability, capacity & flexibility, Progress per plan on individual development plan \nSupport the team for meeting the Zero compliance issues for Tax process and application design, signoff by SOX lead and Zero audit issues \nComplete the assigned work on time, in scope and within resource plan, without a needofday to daydirection/supervision\nQualifications\nMBA (Finance) /CA/ICWA/CFA/CISA orBachelor/Master’sdegree equivalent/ B.Tech. or M.
