for new product introductions from concept through volume production.\nDevelop and manage integrated test project plans, ensuring alignment across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and external partners.\nDrive readiness reviews covering test production setup, materials, capacity, test infrastructure, systems, and resource requirements.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks related to schedule, quality, materials, capacity, equipment, and manufacturing processes.\nMonitor project execution, track critical milestones, and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.\nSupport capital equipment planning and facility requirements to meet future production demand.\nLead issue resolution through structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and operational performance.\nEnsure compliance with company quality systems, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing standards.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Elec/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.\n6+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, or NPI program management.\nProven experience managing cross-functional projects in a test manufacturing environment.\nStrong knowledge of NPI processes, manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and production ramp-up.\nExcellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience working with global manufacturing sites and contract manufacturers is preferred.\nSoftware coding, test development experience\nStrong leadership and influencing skills.\nStrategic thinking, data-driven decision-making and risk management capability.\nExcellent problem-solving, conflict-resolution skills and able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.\nExperience with
