with strong 3GPP protocol expertise, focused on Layer 3 (L3), to support advanced 5G and pre-6G wireless system development.\nYou will work close to standards and real implementations, translating evolving protocol specifications into scalable and robust software components that directly impact system behavior and performance.\nThis role provides deep technical ownership of L3 protocol stacks within a multi-site international environment.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, integrate, and optimize the L3 protocol stack (RRC)\nSupport UE emulation\nContribute to 5G standards, following 3GPP evolution\nTranslate evolving requirements (3GPP releases, operator acceptance needs, O-RAN priorities) into clear software designs, test workflows, and reusable components\nCollaborate with cross-functional experts (systems, RF, protocol, product, customers/partners) to reproduce field issues, debug complex behaviors, and validate fixes with strong root-cause
