This role is critical to ensuring that every presentation, proposal, and communication-internal or external-reflects Keystone’s excellence and sophistication as we move into our next chapter of growth. \nAbout the Design Associate Role \nThe Design Associate will bridge the strategic and the tactical in shaping and deploying Keystone’s visual identity. Responsibilities include refreshing the visual systems that underpin our brand-colors, templates, design standards, and workflows-with the goal of making every brand touchpoint world-class and easily scaled across the organization. You’ll combine creative direction with production art and act as both a strategist and executor. \nThis is a hands-on role. You’ll serve as brand designer, enabler, tactician, and role model for the organization. You’ll collaborate across teams - from marketing and consulting - and you'll work closely with executive leadership on high profile presentations. \nKey Responsibilities \nBrand Systems & Foundations \nRefine and maintain Keystone’s brand identity, including logos, typography, color systems, and visual frameworks\nEvolve and improve design systems to ensure brand consistency across presentations, documents, and digital assets\nPartner with marketing, operations, client-facing leaders to align creative standards across all communication channels\nTemplates & Asset Development \nRedesign and manage PowerPoint and Word templates used across client and internal deliverables\nExtend Keystone’s visual identity to written materials (reports, proposals, briefs, etc.) with clarity and structure\nAsset Library Management\nDevelop and manage a centralized asset library (collateral, logos, diagrams, iconography, photography, and motion graphics)\nEnsure version control, accessibility, and organization-wide adoption of standardized templates\nEnsure communications and sharing of assets across company\nProduction & Presentation Execution \nOversee the design and production of client presentations and marketing materials, ensuring consistency, clarity, and brand integrity\nCollaborate with consulting and leadership teams to refine presentations, content assets - such as research briefs and white papers - as well as infographics for narrative impact\nManage timelines and workflows to deliver high-quality creative output on schedule\nSupport digital and content marketing initiatives, including website visuals, research publications, and campaign assets \n What You’ll Bring \nBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, with a strong interest or background in AI and technology.\n4+ years of experience in graphic or production design, ideally within creative agency, consulting or professional services experience\nA portfolio that demonstrates a strategic approach to brand systems, especially in contexts that involve technology and business.\nExpert proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)\nDeep understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy across presentation and document formats\nProven experience building enterprise-grade templates and production systems\nMeticulous attention to detail with a strong sense of design rigor and brand discipline\nExcellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability\nSelf-starter/ability to work without much supervision\nFamiliarity with AI-driven design tools and creative automation technologies\nIn addition to annual salary, we provide an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package.
