In this role, you will work closely with the Nurse Manager, Clinical Pharmacist, providers, and pharmacy operations team to ensure patients have timely access to specialty medications and the support they need throughout their treatment journey.\nThe ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to providing patient-centered care. Experience with insurance benefits, prior authorizations, financial assistance programs, and specialty medication access is preferred. \nResponsibilities\nCoordinate patient access to specialty medications through benefits investigations, prior authorizations, financial assistance programs, and manufacturer enrollment processes.\nManage specialty pharmacy referrals, patient onboarding, and limited distribution drug (LDD) workflows to ensure timely therapy initiation.\nCollaborate with providers, pharmacists, payers, and support staff to remove barriers to care and improve treatment access.\nMaintain accurate documentation and tracking of patient access activities while supporting continuity of care and patient engagement.\nContribute to the growth, efficiency, and success of Keystone Health's specialty pharmacy services through coordinated, patient-centered support.\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nPennsylvania Registered Pharmacy Technician license required.\nCurrent CPR certification required.\nValid Pennsylvania driver's license with a satisfactory driving record required.\nPrevious experience in pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, healthcare
