This leadership role oversees the procure-to-pay cycle for supplier invoices and expense reports, helping ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant financial operations. The position serves as a finance systems business process owner and subject matter expert for supplier invoices, expense reports, fixed assets, corporate credit cards, and payments for services.\n\nThe Accounts Payable Process Manager leads daily payment processing and strengthens financial controls across accounts payable operations. This role partners with Operations and cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries, improve processes, support reconciliations and year-end activities, and align financial systems with organizational, compliance, and funder requirements.\nResponsibilities Include:\nPromote Keystone’s mission, values, and culture through all aspects of the role\nOversee daily payment processing, including settlement runs for ACH, check, and credit card transactions\nManage accounts payable risks and controls related to suppliers, invoices, W-9 forms, garnishments, utilities, escheatment, and 1099 reporting\nServe as the Workday business process owner and subject matter expert for supplier invoices, expense reports, and fixed assets\nMaintain fixed asset records by reviewing, registering, and reclassifying assets processed through accounts payable\nOversee the corporate credit card process and maintain controls that minimize organizational risk\nOversee monthly general ledger reconciliations and accruals\nPartner with Operations and other stakeholders to resolve accounts payable and disbursement inquiries and analyze assigned spend categories or ledgers\nSupport year-end activities, including audit preparation and assessment of revenue collectability and potential write-offs\nSet team goals aligned with organizational priorities and provide staff with clear expectations, coaching, feedback, development, and mentorship\nParticipate in hiring, staff scheduling, service quality oversight, and cross-functional projects and initiatives\n\nCompensation & Benefits:\nFull-time, exempt position\nStarting annual salary: $85,000, may increase based on education and experience\nActual compensation will be determined based on localized market data, skills, experience, and education\nWhere applicable, this position may also be eligible for additional compensation programs such as shift differentials, premium pay, stipends, bonuses, or other role-specific compensation\nHybrid work schedule with a minimum of two days per week in the assigned office\nEligible employees will have access to our comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k)-retirement plan with company match; paid time off (PTO), tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, and more\n\nEducation & Experience Qualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field\nAn equivalent combination of education and at least ten years of related work experience\nSupervisory experience required\nNot-for-profit or government contracting experience preferred\n\nAdditional Qualifications:\nAbility to communicate clearly in written and spoken formats and to read, interpret, and apply written information\nAbility to use advanced computer and web-based systems and learn new technology\nStrong knowledge of accounts payable processes, financial controls, reconciliations, and compliance requirements\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced professional office environment\nReliable transportation and ability to travel occasionally to other office locations or off-site meetings\nAbility to successfully complete the pre-employment process, including required background checks, clearances, and verifications\nKeystone Human Services prohibits discrimination against qualified individuals based on their status as protected veterans or individuals with disabilities and prohibits discrimination against all individuals based on any category protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.\nDisclaimer: The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this job.
