This includes assisting in developing and implementing lesson plans, approaching child development through family engagement and community partnerships, ensuring the health and safety of children, and maintaining positive outcomes.\nHead Start Associate Teachers work 10 months out of the year and enjoy summers off while earning a minimum of $16.96 per hour. Schedules are based on the school year and include 1576 work hours.
