In this role, you will guide assistance and facility dog applicants from their initial inquiry through the application, evaluation, and waiting-list process. Our work is rooted in the belief that every person should have the opportunity to thrive, contribute, and fully participate in all that society has to offer.\nThe Partner Services Coordinator manages applicant communication, coordinates application reviews and interviews, and assesses applicant suitability. This position builds strong relationships with partners, support networks, volunteers, and other stakeholders while ensuring each stage of the process meets program and Assistance Dogs International standards.\nResponsibilities Include:\nPromote Keystone’s mission, values, and culture through all aspects of the role\nRespond to service inquiries and provide applicants with education, assistance, and resources\nManage the application process, including applicant communication, review coordination, eligibility determination, and approval or denial notifications\nCoordinate, participate in, and lead applicant interviews, home visits, and in-person evaluations\nEnsure application materials and processes comply with Assistance Dogs International and program standards\nAdminister public access evaluations and assess partner compliance\nMaintain accurate applicant records and document all communications in the applicant database within required timeframes\nBuild collaborative relationships with partners, their supports, volunteers, coworkers, and other stakeholders\nAssist with Team Training preparation and support coworkers and participants during training\nPromote a person-centered approach and maintain appropriate professional boundaries\nSupport the Partner Services Director and perform other duties as assigned\nCompensation & Benefits:\nFull time, nonexempt position\n$19.00 per hour\nActual compensation will be determined based on localized market data, skills, experience, and education\nThis role includes frequent travel to nearby locations and occasional travel within a four-hour driving radius\nEligible employees will have access to our comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan with company match; paid time off; tuition reimbursement; a student loan forgiveness program based on eligibility requirements; wellness programs; and more\nEducation & Experience Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of experience in human services or customer service or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge and skills\nAdditional Qualifications:\nAt least 18 years of age\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read, interpret, and apply written information\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, and the ability to learn electronic systems, databases, and compliance tracking tools\nValid driver’s license and reliable access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle\nAbility to successfully complete the pre-employment process, including background checks, clearances, and verifications\nKeystone Human Services prohibits discrimination against qualified individuals based on their status as protected veterans or individuals with disabilities and prohibits discrimination against all individuals based on any category protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.\nDisclaimer: The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this job.
