The ideal candidate combines deep insurance knowledge, analytical problem-solving, empathy, and leadership to protect membership and drive client satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nClient Advocacy & Case Resolution\nServe as the primary point of contact for escalated client concerns, complaints, and complex service issues.\n\nAssist clients with quotes, enrollments, eligibility, claims, billing, reinstatements, and post-enrollment support.\n\nInvestigate and resolve urgent situations such as loss of coverage or medical access issues.\n\nCoordinate with carriers, providers, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.\n\nBenefit Navigation & Education\nEducate clients on healthcare plans, benefits, and coverage options.\n\nConduct needs assessments to identify financial, medical, and social concerns.\n\nDevelop personalized action plans and care strategies.\n\nHelp clients navigate online portals and self-service tools.\n\nRetention & Outreach\nConduct proactive outreach to at-risk clients.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve retention and engagement.\n\nAnalyze customer behavior and trends to recommend retention strategies.\n\nReporting & Continuous Improvement\nPrepare reports on retention metrics, service trends, and improvement opportunities.\n\nDocument all interactions in Salesforce and other systems.\n\nContribute to SOP development and process improvements.\n\nLeadership & Mentorship\nSupport onboarding and training of new team members.\n\nShare best practices and mentor less experienced staff.\n\nParticipate in cross-functional initiatives.\n\nQualifications\nRequired\nHigh school diploma or GED.\n\n7+ years of experience in customer service, insurance, healthcare, or a related field.\n\nAdvanced proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.\n\nStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to manage escalations with professionalism and empathy.\n\nPreferred\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\n\nActive Texas General Lines Life & Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days;
