We're looking for a Senior UX / Product Designer to help scale the impact of design, elevate design standards, and deliver better experiences to users.\n\nRequirements\n\nAs a senior UX / product designer, your mission will be to:\n\nCollaborate closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders and development teams to support the implementation of designs within an Agile setup, ensuring that user needs and business goals are translated into compelling design solutions and high-quality user experiences.\n\nLead the design process with a user-centric approach, ensuring that products and features align with expected customer outcomes.\n\nContribute to the design system by providing feedback and building new components or adapting existing ones to ensure consistency across all digital channels and foster a cohesive brand identity and user experience.\n\nPerform user research and usability testing to gather insights and continuously improve designs through feedback.\n\nWork across various platforms, devices and screen sizes, ensuring consistency, coherence and responsiveness of software solutions.\n\nOur ideal candidate should have\n\nDegree in Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Media Informatics or a related field.\n\nAt least 3 to 4 years of experience as a UX Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating previous work and contributions to engaging user experiences.\n\nPractical experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative user research.\n\nGood understanding of the UX design process, from research, concept and design to prototyping, user validation and implementation.\n\nExperience in designing web software and applications is a strong plus.\n\nStrong knowledge of interaction design, visual design and low- / high-fidelity prototyping.\n\nExperience with design tools such as Figma.\n\nInterest in moderating collaborative workshops.\n\nFamiliarity with Design Thinking methods is a plus.\n\nGood communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills, with a structured, proactive and autonomous working style.\n\nAnd also\n\nAn Agile mindset, with a strong focus on collaboration, knowledge sharing, supporting more junior team members, intellectual humility and continuous learning.\n\nProven ability to deliver against deadlines.\n\nA true team-player mindset, as teamwork is central to the organization.\n\nFluency in English, both written and verbal.
