Human talent is our most valuable resource and as a business, we thrive on diversity, celebrate uniqueness and work as teams whether we are physically together in one of our 70+ studios around the world or working together virtually.\nBackend SE 1\nAbout you - must have\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).\n1-3 years of medium to large scale server-side software development experience.\nGood knowledge of CS fundamentals: Data structures, the time complexity of algorithms, databases.\nGood knowledge of a backend programming language like Java, Python, Node or Clojure\nHands-on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor) for code generation, fast context lookup, and refactoring.\nKnowledge of Posix compliant Operating Systems (we develop on Mac OS X and deploy on GNU/Linux).\nExperience in writing Unit, Functional & Regression tests.\nExperience in working with a distributed version control tool (We use Git)\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nDisplay strong work ethics.
