You are here to Raise the Game!\nRequirements\nSkills & Experience Required\nThe ideal candidate for this role has 4+ years of relevant design experience in graphic design & video editing, corporate or a closely related industry involving content creation - or a master’s degree and 2+ years of meaningful design experience.\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced proficiency in video editing and motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects), alongside strong skills in standard design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva).\nHighly proficient in all aspects of video and graphic production, with a deep understanding of video editing, pacing, and audio, as well as illustration, typography, and colour theory.\nAbility to develop compelling video concepts and graphic designs, constantly exploring new innovations and applications in multimedia.\nExtensive knowledge of current and emerging trends in video content, motion design, and visual communication.\nAbility to translate corporate insights into thoughtful narratives through dynamic video and graphic storytelling.\nCreativity and a strong understanding of technicalvideo and design processes to execute a brief from concept to final render.\nStrong visual presentation skills; able to effectively pitch and communicate the intent of video and design projects to our internal audience.\nFamiliar and confident working in a Google Workspace environment (+1000 points for strong Google Slides management/design skills).\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple production timelines and projects at once.\nHigh level of curiosity and ability to adapt to change and pivot when need be.\nFluent in English.\nWhen you apply:\n Kindlysubmit a portfolio showcasing strong examples of both video and graphic design work.\nPlease also explicitly list all the software programs and tools you are proficient in on your CV.\n\nBehavioural Skills\nTeam player\nIntegrity, honesty, confidentiality and builds trust with others\nPositive and can-do attitude\nFlexibility\nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills \nExcellent project management skills \nExcellent organizational skills \nExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. \nExcellent Problem-solving skills\nBenefits\nPartnering with us means collaborating with an international team of game-dev experts!
