pipelines for build, test, deployment, and release workflows.\nAutomate repetitive build and release activities.\nTroubleshoot pipeline failures and improve pipeline reliability.\nWork with version control and release workflows.\nTools / Technologies:\nJenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Git, Helm, Argo CD, or equivalent.\nDeveloper Productivity & Automation\nDevelop scripts and tools that simplify engineering workflows.\nAutomate repetitive operational and development tasks.\nIdentify small but impactful areas of friction in developer workflows.\nBuild and maintain CLI-based utilities and internal tooling.\nLanguages / Technologies:\nPython, Shell/Bash, Java, Clojure, Go, or equivalent.\nCloud & Infrastructure\nWork with cloud infrastructure supporting CI/CD and development environments.\nContribute to infrastructure provisioning and configuration automation.\nUnderstand basic cloud networking, compute, storage, and IAM concepts.\nTools / Technologies:\nAWS, GCP, Azure, AWS CDK, Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or equivalent.\nContainers & Kubernetes\nBuild and work with containerised applications and workloads.\nSupport Kubernetes-based development and deployment environments.\nTroubleshoot common container and Kubernetes issues.\nTools / Technologies:\nDocker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, Helm, Kustomize, ECR, or equivalent.\nObservability\nImplement and maintain basic monitoring and logging for DevX systems.\nUse metrics, logs, and traces to troubleshoot issues.\nContribute to dashboards and alerts for engineering infrastructure.\nTools / Technologies:\nPrometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Datadog, Loki, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, OpenTelemetry, or equivalent.\nSecurity\nFollow secure development and CI/CD practices.\nContribute to security checks within engineering workflows.\nUnderstand basic concepts around IAM, secrets, dependencies, and container security.\nTools / Technologies:\nTrivy, Snyk, Prisma Cloud, Checkov, cfn-guard, OPA/Conftest, or equivalent.\nBuild, Test & Developer Environments\nSupport development and test environments used by engineering teams.\nHelp improve build and test workflows.\nTroubleshoot issues related to developer environments and tooling.\nContribute to sandbox and environment automation.\nTroubleshooting & Reliability\nDiagnose issues across CI/CD, infrastructure, containers, and development environments.\nUse logs, metrics, and system information to perform root-cause analysis.\nEscalate and collaborate effectively on complex issues.\nParticipate in operational support and incident resolution.\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For\n2-5 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, platform engineering, SRE, or a related field.\nGood understanding of Linux/Unix systems.\nHands-on experience with CI/CD and automation.\nWorking knowledge of Git and software development workflows.\nExperience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.\nExperience with at least one programming or scripting language.\nExposure to cloud platforms, preferably AWS.\nBasic understanding of Infrastructure as Code.\nUnderstanding of monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.\nStrong problem-solving and debugging skills.\nComfortable working with CLI-based tools.\nGood communication and documentation skills.\nWillingness to learn and work across different technologies.\nAbility to take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to completion.\nGood to Have\nExperience with Jenkins or another CI/CD platform.\nExperience with AWS.\nExperience with Kubernetes/EKS.\nExperience with Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Ansible.\nExperience with Python or Shell scripting.\nExposure to Prometheus/Grafana or similar observability tools.\nFamiliarity with Helm and GitOps.\nExperience working with developer tooling or internal engineering platforms.\nFamiliarity with VSCode, IntelliJ,
