implement, and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines for build, test, deployment, and release workflows.\nImprove pipeline performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.\nIdentify bottlenecks in build and release workflows and drive improvements.\nDevelop release automation and deployment workflows.\nTroubleshoot complex pipeline and release failures.\nTools / Technologies:\nJenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Git, Argo CD, Argo Rollouts, Helm, or equivalent.\nDeveloper Productivity & Automation\nDesign and build tools that improve developer productivity and reduce engineering friction.\nIdentify recurring engineering problems and automate them through scalable solutions.\nBuild internal developer tooling, CLI utilities, and workflow automation.\nUnderstand developer workflows and identify opportunities to improve the overall SDLC.\nLanguages / Technologies:\nPython, Shell/Bash, Go, Java, Clojure, or equivalent.\nCloud & Infrastructure\nDesign and maintain cloud infrastructure supporting CI/CD, development, testing, and engineering platforms.\nBuild infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.\nDesign solutions with appropriate considerations for scalability, reliability, security, and cost.\nImprove infrastructure automation and operational efficiency.\nTools / Technologies:\nAWS, GCP, Azure, AWS CDK, Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, Ansible, or equivalent.\nContainers & Platform Engineering\nDesign and operate containerised platforms used by engineering teams.\nWork with Kubernetes-based infrastructure and deployment platforms.\nImprove reliability, scalability, security, and efficiency of container platforms.\nTroubleshoot complex Kubernetes and container issues.\nTools / Technologies:\nDocker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, Helm, Kustomize, ECR, Argo CD, or equivalent.\nObservability & Reliability\nDesign and improve observability for DevX platforms and engineering infrastructure.\nDevelop meaningful metrics, dashboards, alerts, logs, and traces.\nIdentify reliability and performance bottlenecks using observability data.\nDrive improvements to system availability and operational efficiency.\nTools / Technologies:\nPrometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Datadog, Loki, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, Fluent Bit, OpenTelemetry, or equivalent.\nSecurity in Engineering Workflows\nIntegrate security ownership and delivery of complex DevX initiatives.\nEffective collaboration with engineering teams to solve systemic productivity problems.\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For\n4-7 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, platform engineering, SRE, or a related field.\nStrong Linux/Unix fundamentals.\nStrong hands-on experience with CI/CD and automation.\nExperience designing and operating production-grade engineering systems.\nStrong understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.\nHands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management.\nStrong programming or scripting experience in at least one language.\nAbility to analyse complex technical problems and identify root causes.\nUnderstanding of observability, reliability, security, scalability, and cost considerations.\nAbility to independently own projects from problem definition through implementation, rollout, and operational support.\nStrong collaboration and communication skills.\nAbility to work with multiple engineering teams and influence technical solutions.\nStrong sense of ownership and accountability.\nGood to Have\nExperience building internal developer platforms or productivity tooling.\nExperience with Jenkins and large-scale CI/CD systems.\nExperience with AWS/EKS and cloud-native architectures.\nExperience with GitOps using Argo CD or equivalent.\nExperience with Helm and Kubernetes ecosystem tooling.\nExperience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace,
