GST/TDS and statutory compliances, banking, audits, and MIS reporting.\nRequirements\nEducation & Experience\nEducation: M.Com or MBA in Finance.\nExperience: 5 to 8 years of relevant hands-on experience in corporate finance, accounts payable, taxation, and statutory compliances.\nTechnical & Functional Skills\nStrong technical working knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation (GST, TDS, Tax Audits).\nHands-on experience in Accounts Payable management and MSME compliance tracking.\nDemonstrated capability in statutory audit management and month-end financial close.\nProficiency in ERP platforms such as Oracle NetSuite, Tally, or similar accounting software.\nAdvanced proficiency in MS Office tools (MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).\nSoft Skills & Attributes\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.\nStrong analytical, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.\nRole & Responsibilities\nAccounts Payable & Operations Management\nIndependently manage the complete Accounts Payable (AP) process, ensuring three-way matching across purchase orders, goods/services rendered, agreements, delivery challans, and departmental approvals.\nProcess vendor payments accurately within agreed credit terms and track MSME vendors to comply with regulatory standards.\nOversee employee reimbursement workflows and invoice management systems.\nManage inter-company transactions, recharges, and monthly inter-company reconciliations.\nMonth-End Closing & Financial Accounting\nManage month-end financial closing activities, including the preparation of Fixed Asset Register (FAR), prepayments, accruals, and provisions for leave encashment and gratuity.\nPrepare and maintain balance sheet schedules, journal entries, and general ledger accounts.\nPerform daily bank balance reviews and monthly bank reconciliations.\nDirect & Indirect Taxation & Statutory Compliance\nHandle GST compliance including timely filing of monthly returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), input tax reconciliations (GSTR-2B/IMS), annual returns (GSTR-9 & 9C), and GST refund processing.\nOversee Direct Tax compliances, including monthly TDS calculations, deposit, quarterly returns, and coordination with tax consultants.\nEnsure timely deposit and filing for statutory liabilities including PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), and Professional Tax (PT).\nBanking, Audits & MIS Reporting\nOversee banking operations, cash flow statements, fund transfers, and inward/outward remittances.\nFacilitate statutory, internal, and group audits by preparing supporting schedules, audit files, and resolving audit queries.\nPrepare ad-hoc financial reports, variance analysis, and MIS details for management decision-making.\nRole
