This role is integral to ensuring smooth material movements, accurate data management, & effective label inventory control.\nA successful candidate for this role is quick to learn new computer programs & follow established processes to confirm/process packaging of pharmaceutical drugs for clinical trials around the globe. This person can communicate via email in a professional manner with internal & external customers. They are able to complete daily tasks independently, while also open to learning & supporting the team as time allows. This person is able to prioritize work effectively & is familiar with following a timeline.\nCurrently, this position is hybrid, with three days a week on campus. During training, some additional in-person days may be required. Due to the nature of the pandemic, the successful candidate should be open to both working more in-person days in the future as well as open to working completely remote if that is needed.\nDaily responsibilities:\nCollaborate with external vendors and Collaboration Partners (CPs) to verify qualifications.\nMonitor bulk label stock inventory and initiate reorders as needed.\nManage decommissioning and destruction of labels. Enter data into the deviation management system to address HUB carrier shipment issues\nSupport temperature excursion (deviation) processes for designated CPs\nCoordinate material movements across systems and teams.\nProvide systems support for Trackwise, SAP, eCTS, ATLAS, and QualDocs. \nKeywords provides a competitive compensation package, good benefits and a casual, fun, productive and supportive working environment.
