In addition to supporting daily team operations, you will take ownership of a dedicated Food Innovation Development Project, offering you direct experience in bringing market-driven food concepts to life and enhance your learning.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. R&D & Product Testing\nConduct hands-on food product and ingredient testing.\nAssist in product preparation and execution for internal food demonstration sessions.\nPrepare comprehensive product testing reports and accurately tabulate experimental data for team analysis.\n2. Consumer Research & Market Intelligence\nAssist in organizing and executing consumer survey sessions to gather actionable feedback.\nPerform market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities in the food & beverage landscape.\n3.
