This is a full-time, on-site role working Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm, with no weekend work and on-site parking available.\nAbout the Role\nYou will play a key role across customer service, administration and outbound sales.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nProcessing and releasing customer invoices across our three national warehouses\nCompleting accurate data entry using Pronto ERP\nMaking outbound calls to targeted industrial and commercial businesses\nIntroducing customers to our range of strapping, steel and tape products\nQualifying leads and booking appointments for the external sales team\nResponding to inbound customer calls and emails\nMaintaining call lists, sales activity and customer records\nSupporting the wider team with general administration\nAbout You\nTo be successful in this role, you will bring:\nPrevious experience in customer service, internal sales, administration or a similar role\nConfidence and resilience when making outbound calls and handling rejection\nA professional and confident telephone manner\nStrong communication and organisational skills\nExcellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills\nThe ability to manage high-volume activity while maintaining accuracy\nGood computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel\nExperience with Pronto ERP or a similar system will be highly regarded\nExperience in packaging, industrial or distribution environments will be advantageous\nPrevious cold calling, lead generation or appointment-setting experience will be highly regarded\nWhy Join Us?\nWhen you join Cyklop Australia, you will enjoy:\nCompetitive salary package plus superannuation\nMonday to Friday, 8:00am -
