Join a team where your attitude matters.\nMetroll is seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our Dubbo team.\nThis is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a production and warehouse environment, takes pride in their work and is eager to learn. We are looking for someone who is dependable, has a great attitude and is willing to contribute wherever needed to keep the branch operating smoothly.\nAbout the Role\nReporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for safely operating machinery to manufacture quality metal building products to customer specifications, while also supporting warehouse, packing and dispatch activities.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nOperating and programming machinery to manufacture products to customer specifications\nSelecting, handling and moving raw materials and finished products safely\nMeasuring, cutting, bundling, packaging and labelling finished products\nUsing a forklift to load, unload, stack and retrieve materials and customer orders\nChecking orders and goods for accuracy and recording relevant production and stock information\nMaintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment\nSupporting stock control, stocktakes and general branch operations\nReporting production faults, damaged goods, incidents, hazards and safety concerns promptly\nProviding helpful and professional service to customers and supporting the wider team as required\nEssential Requirements\nTo be successful in this role, you will be reliable, hardworking and genuinely willing to work.
