You will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring customer enquiries, orders and transactions are handled efficiently and professionally.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nWelcoming customers and responding to counter, telephone and email enquiries.\nIdentifying customer needs and providing appropriate product information and solutions.\nPreparing quotations, processing sales orders and handling customer transactions.\nAssisting customers with product availability, pricing and order enquiries.\nCoordinating customer orders with internal sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely collection and delivery.\nMaintaining accurate customer records, sales documentation and order information.\nFollowing up on customer enquiries, quotations and outstanding orders.\nMaintaining a clean, organised and professional trade counter and showroom environment.\nAbout You\nTo be successful in this role, you will bring:\nPrevious experience in customer service, retail, sales support or a trade counter environment.\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills.\nA proactive, friendly and customer-focused approach.\nThe ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a busy environment.\nStrong organisational, administration and problem-solving skills.\nGood computer
