Description<b>Job purpose:</b> \n\nS/he will responsible develop or/and conduct an internal training and also coordinate an external training.\n\n<b>Main Responsibilities:</b>\n\n• Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups and communication with managers, instructors and customer representatives.\n\n• Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation and skill training for employees and customers.\n\n• Develops unique training programs to fulfil workers specific needs to maintain or improve job skills\n\n• Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides and course materials\n\n• Present training and development program using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations and videos.\n\n• Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of test and assessments and retraining requirements.\n\n• Assesses training materials prepared by instructors\n\n• Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys and feedback\n\n• Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development\n\n• Prepares and implements training budget, maintains records and reports of expenses\n\n• Performs other related duties as required.\nJob Requirements<b>Education</b> \n\n• Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resource Management \n\n<b>Experience</b> \n\n• At least 3 years experiences in managing HR Department.\n\n• Experience of facilitating the HR management service in a large organization or company.\n\n<b>Skill</b>\n\n• Strong communication skill and high level of English\n\n• Strong in leadership and management\n\n• Strong communication and influencing skills\n\n• Be team leader and willingness to work within the adaptive work environment\n\n• Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods\n\n• Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives\n\n• Ability to design and
