S/he coordinates closely with program field teams, health facilities, local authorities, community stakeholders, and relevant partners to facilitate the timely and effective implementation of planned activities. S/he monitors implementation progress, follows up on action points, facilitates communication and information sharing among stakeholders, identifies operational challenges, and coordinates appropriate follow-up actions to ensure activities are implemented smoothly and in accordance with the project work plan.\n\n Duties & Responsibilities:\n\n Provide overall operational, logistical, and administrative support to ensure the effective and timely implementation of project field activities\nSupport the implementation of TB screening activities in target villages in coordination with health facilities, local authorities, community stakeholders, and program field teams.\nLead the planning, coordination, and delivery of health education sessions to increase community awareness of TB prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.\nCoordinate with relevant stakeholders, including health facilities, local authorities, community volunteers, and implementing partners, to facilitate field operations, strengthen collaboration, and address implementation needs.\nMonitor the progress of planned field activities against the project work plan, identify implementation gaps, and follow up with field teams to ensure timely completion of activities.\nConduct regular follow-up with program field teams to assess implementation progress, identify operational needs, resolve logistical issues, and promote quality service delivery.\nMaintain regular communication with relevant stakeholders and facilitate information sharing, coordination meetings, and follow-up actions to address implementation challenges.\nIdentify operational and implementation challenges encountered during field activities and promptly communicate them to the Research Manager/Project Manager and Usyd team, while supporting the development and follow-up of appropriate solutions.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of field activities, stakeholder coordination, logistics, and administrative processes.\nSupport routine data collection, compilation, verification, and reporting by ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of field activity updates, monitoring information, and implementation reports.\nPrepare regular field activity summaries and provide updates on implementation progress, achievements, challenges, and follow-up actions to the Project Manager.\nPerform other relevant operational, coordination, monitoring, and administrative duties as assigned by the Project Manager to support the achievement of project objectives.\n\n Expected Profile of Candidates \n\n Qualifications:\n\n Master's Degree in public health, Management, or another relevant field\n\n Work History:\n\n Experience working on tuberculosis (TB), other health-related, or community-based projects for 2 years as a minimum\nExperience in program coordination and management for 2 years as a minimum\n\n How to Apply\n\n Interested candidates must send your resume to our email address provided in the contact details.
