This role requires in-office attendance 3 days per week.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nActing as the first point of contact for client inquiries, addressing questions related to Kharon findings, platform functionality, content sources, and technical issues\nOnboarding and guiding new clients through the setup process, ensuring a smooth transition onto Kharon's platform.\nProviding personalized demonstrations of Kharon's features and functionalities tailored to client needs and assisting with initial data integration and customization according to client specifications.\nConducting regular training sessions (webinars, one-on-one sessions) to educate clients on new features and updating training materials and resources to empower clients in maximizing their use of Kharon's platform.\nCoordinating with internal teams (tech support, content management, sales) to resolve complex issues promptly.\nCollaborating with and assisting the sales team to develop tailored proposals and pitches for upsell opportunities.\nMonitoring client usage patterns and behavior to identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services.\nContinuously educating oneself on Kharon’s evolving platform features, benefits, and service offerings.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nA Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, International Relations, Political Science, or a related field.\nAcademic or professional exposure to global security, international relations, financial crime, compliance, or regulatory environments.\n2+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as customer success, account management, or technical support, ideally within SaaS, fintech, regtech, compliance, or data services.\nExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to a range of audiences.\nDemonstrated experience leading client onboarding, delivering product demos, and facilitating ongoing training through webinars or one-on-one sessions.\nA technically curious mindset with the confidence to troubleshoot, support light data integration, and quickly learn new systems or platforms.\nA foundational understanding of compliance frameworks such as anti-money laundering, financial crime and illicit financing, sanctions regimes, and environmental, social and governance standards.\nABOUT KHARON:\nKharon is a highly disruptive and incredibly innovative organization that navigates risk at the intersection of global security threats + international commerce.\n\nWhat does that mean?
