If you're a strong creative thinker, constantly curious, and excited about providing your end-users with a seamless experience, we want to hear from you!\n\nResponsibilities :\n\n- Collaborate with the Design team and engineering to define and implement innovative mobile solutions, visuals, and experience.\n\n- Execute all design stages from concept to final hand-off to developers.\n\n- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate.\n\n- Drive the UI/UX design with a focus on branding, and usability, and ensure visual coherence effectively.\n\n- Deliver pixel-perfect UI elements.\n\n- Believe in fundamental thinking and first principles.\n\n- A user-centric approach to problem-solving.\n\n- You understand the importance of consistently being in touch with users.\n\nRequirements :\n\n- 4+ years of experience in building design solutions for mobile applications, consumer products, and SaaS.\n\n- Should have a degree in HCI / Product design or have relevant experience in building digital products.\n\n- Experience in developing design solutions through research, user testing, and following a data-driven design approach.\n\n- Experience in leading the design development from the ideation phase to delightful user experience by collaborating with the product, engineering, and design team.\n\n- Up-to-date knowledge and skill in using Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Principle, and Figma.\n\n- Solid understanding of building design systems, responsive layouts, and Information Architecture.\n\n- Good understanding of design thinking processes, techniques, and methodologies.\n\n- Additional skills in visual design, micro-interaction, and animation are a plus.\n\n- High sense of ownership and relentlessness to deliver projects.\n\n- You value integrity and derive great personal joy from efficient teamwork.\n\n- Ability to articulate product priorities and strategy compellingly.\n\n- Heavy bias towards numbers and a keen eye for business metrics.\n\n- Always hustling -
