reminders, joining instructions, and post-training follow-ups.\nSupport learning feedback collection, evaluation activities, and the creation of basic learning communications, infographics, and post-learning toolkit.\n QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (or equivalent qualification with relevant experience.\n2-5 years of experience in learning administration, HR administration, training coordination, or a similar role.\nExperience coordinating training programs, workshops, and employee learning activities.\nHands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or HR syste\nStrong administrative, planning, organizational, and coordination skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.\nStrong attention to detail, record management, reporting, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills with strong English
