The selected consultants will be responsible for building the user-facing side of digital products, translating business requirements and UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible, and high-performing web interfaces that work seamlessly across devices and browsers.\nThis is a project-based, full-time engagement ideal for senior frontend professionals with deep experience in Angular or Vue.js, strong API integration skills, and a track record of delivering production-ready interfaces in enterprise or government contexts.\nKey Responsibilities\nUI Development\nAnalyze business requirements, user journeys, and UI/UX designs to plan frontend implementation.\nDevelop responsive web pages, layouts, forms, dashboards, and reusable UI components.\nImplement frontend logic including validations, routing, state management, and user interactions.\nConvert Figma or Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, functional, and scalable components.\nEnsure design system, branding, and UI standard consistency across all deliverables.\nAPI Integration\nIntegrate frontend applications with backend REST APIs and external services.\nHandle authentication flows, HTTP interceptors, and error handling across the frontend.\nManage frontend state effectively using frameworks such as NgRx, Vuex, or Pinia.\nImplement form validation, dynamic data loading, and real-time updates where required.\nPerformance & Quality\nApply performance best practices including lazy loading, code splitting, and bundle optimization.\nEnsure accessibility (a11y), browser compatibility, and responsive design across devices.\nSupport localization and RTL/LTR layout requirements for Arabic and English interfaces.\nFollow clean architecture principles, maintain reusable components, and uphold code quality standards.\nSupport testing, bug fixing, enhancements, and production readiness throughout the project lifecycle.\nCollaboration\nWork closely with UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product teams.\nParticipate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.\nContribute to documentation, onboarding materials, and knowledge sharing within the team.\n Required Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of professional frontend development experience.\nStrong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript / TypeScript.\nHands-on experience with Angular or Vue.js (preferred) - React will be considered.\nProven experience integrating REST APIs and working with state management solutions.\nExperience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment environments.\nStrong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.\nExperience working with design systems, shared UI component libraries, and branding guidelines.\nFluent in English (written and spoken) -
