The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR operational excellence within a multi-departmental, tech-driven environment.\nKey Responsibilities\n Oversee day-to-day HR operational functions including HR systems management, employee lifecycle administration, payroll coordination, and data accuracy\n Manage and implement and (where necessary) assist with documenting HR processes and policies to ensure efficiency, compliance, and scalability\n Implement and manage HR systems (e.g., onboarding platforms, performance review, payroll, and attendance systems)\n Assist with compliance & risk management\n Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across jurisdictions in the Middle East.\n Manage employee documentation, and regulatory reporting\n Assist with building a workplace culture that fosters creativity, personal development and growth\n Partner with department heads to support workforce planning, staffing metrics, and headcount tracking\n Deliver data-driven HR insights to guide decision-making at the leadership level.\n Manage compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration\n Ensure timely and compliant payroll coordination with Finance\n Coordinate performance cycle administration (reviews, tracking, records)\n Work on process improvement initiatives\n Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement\n Lead implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations\n Manage relationships with third-party HR vendors (payroll providers, insurance, HR tech)\n Evaluate and recommend HR tools and software for operational efficiency.\n Requirements\n Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus\n 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior HR operations or HR services role\n Experience in tech-driven, multi-departmental organizations;
