advantageous.\nMinimum 5 to 7 years of HR experience from Saudi Arabia with at least 2 years in same role. \nStrong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, HR policies, and employment regulations \nKnowledge of HR operations within construction, interior fit-out, manufacturing, and factory environments \nUnderstanding of recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and performance management \nKnowledge of Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements and workforce localization policies \nFamiliarity with payroll, attendance management, overtime, leave administration, and end-of-service benefits \nKnowledge of government relations processes including Iqama, visa, and work permit procedures\nGovernment portals knowledge such as Qiwa, Gosi, Muqeem, Chamber of Commerce etc.\nStrong communication and management skills \nEmployee relations and conflict resolution skills \nRecruitment and manpower planning expertise \nPerformance management and employee engagement skills \nStrong documentation and report-writing abilities \nHR analytics and workforce reporting skills \nAbility to coordinate with PRO and government relations teams \nProficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and HRMS platforms is advantage\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters professionally \nAbility to support operational and strategic HR functions simultaneously \nAbility to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workforce requirements \nJob Functions, Responsibilities & Authorities\nPartner with management to align HR strategies with business objectives \nSupport organizational development and workforce planning initiatives \nAdvise management on HR policies, employee relations, and labor law matters \nSupport business expansion, restructuring, and manpower optimization\nManage end to end recruitment for Project/Site Staff and joinery factory employees.\nClose coordination with interviewing managers for scheduling interviews.\nCoordinate onboarding, induction, and employee mobilization \nMonitor manpower requirements and recruitment budgets \nEnsure Saudization requirements are met for meeting manpower demands.\nHandle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations \nEnsure fair and professional handling of workplace concerns \nConduct counseling sessions and support conflict resolution \nMaintain confidentiality in sensitive employee matters\nMonitor probation evaluations, issuance of probation confirmation letters and annual performance reviews\nOversee attendance, leave management, overtime, and employee records \nEnsure timely renewal of contracts, visas, Iqama, and licenses \nSupport payroll coordination and end-of-service settlements \nMaintain HR documentation and compliance records\nEnsure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies \nCoordinate with PRO/GRO teams on government-related matters \nManage and monitor HR compliance through government portals including: QIWA, Gosi, Muqeem, MHRSD etc.\nSupport workforce management across project sites and joinery factory operations \nMonitor labor productivity, accommodation and welfare matters \nSupport HSE compliance and workplace safety initiatives \nTo Prepare HR reports whenever required related to manpower, absenteeism, recruitment etc.\nTo monitor attendance and generate weekly reports through Bayat Attendance Management System\nEscalate policy violations and compliance concerns Group HR \nTo make sure employees resigned /terminated employees are offboarded within stipulated time. \nTo work closely with Group HR operated from UAE. \nTo do the tasks for any other HR related matters as assigned by Line Manager.\nKEY JOB DELIVERABLES\nManpower planning, recruitment & onboarding \nMaintain compliance
