Analytics & BI Enablement:\nBuild and maintain semantic / analytical models that support enterprise reporting and self-service analytics. \nCollaborate with analysts and business users to deliver trusted datasets and metrics.\nSupport reporting and dashboarding solutions by providing optimized data structures and calculations. \n3. Delivery & Collaboration:\nProduce clear technical documentation including data models, transformation logic, and pipeline designs.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders.\nRequirements\n\nBachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, data engineering, or a relevant field.\n1-3 years of BI development experience.\n3+ years of cloud-based BI development experience\nExcellent English language verbal and written communication.\nAble to analyse and understand complex data.\nAble to implement modules that have security and authorization frameworks.\nStrong problem-solving skills\n\n Technical Skills:\nProgramming & Data Processing:\nStrong proficiency in Python for data engineering and analytics use cases.\nExperience building reusable, testable, and maintainable data transformation code. \nData Warehousing & Modeling:\nStrong knowledge of SQL and analytical query optimization.\nSolid understanding of data warehousing concepts (ETL/ELT, fact and dimension modeling).\nExperience designing star and snowflake schemas for analytics and reporting.\nUnderstanding of semantic layers and metrics definitions for BI consumption. \nCloud & Modern Data Platforms:\nExperience working with cloud-based data platforms and data lakes(Preferred Azure).\nUnderstanding of scalable data architectures (Lakehouse, warehouse, streaming vs batch). \nBI & Analytics:\nExperience supporting BI and reporting tools through well-designed datasets and models (Preferred Power BI). \nKnowledge of analytical calculations, KPIs, and performance optimization for reporting workloads. \nCI/CD & DevOps (Supporting Skills):\nWorking knowledge of CI/CD concepts applied to data and analytics projects.\nExperience using version control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce or Apache Subversion) for managing data, code, and artifacts.\nFamiliarity with deployment pipelines and environment promotion for data
