The contract will be extendable based on satisfactory performance preceding the contract assessment.\n\n Duties & Responsibilities:\n\n Lead, design and implement initiatives related to entrepreneurship-building activities\nBuild partnerships with relevant stakeholders including but not limited to government agencies, development partners, corporate partners, experts, and other marine fishery value chain actors\nClosely working with start-ups, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), community-protected areas, and fishery communities in the coastal areas\nReview and evaluate funding proposals related to entrepreneurship cultural promotions, capacity upgrading, business networking, access to the market, and financing\nMonitor the progress of the funding program, and ensure that fund requirements are met\nLead preparation program implementation report consolidated success stories of the program\nOrganize and coordinate programs, including agenda proposals, invitations to all stakeholders, event management\nOther tasks as assigned by the management\n\n Expected Profile of Candidates \n\n Languages:\n\n English - Fluent\n\n Qualifications:\n\n Master's Degree\nBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, or a related field.\n\n Work History:\n\n Project planning, project management, budget planning, and stakeholder management for 3 years as a minimum\n\n Skills & Knowledge:\n\n General & Technical Skills \n\n Fundamental knowledge of the Cambodian SME and Startup ecosystem.\nProficiency in using enterprise management and monitoring systems.\nBackground in private sector development, enterprise formulation, SME/Startup development, and/or market system development is highly desirable.\nStrong organizational skills and excellent communication skills.\nGood command of both Khmer and English.\n\n Soft Skills \n\n Ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently deliver results.\nGood analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.\n\n Position Summary Term: Rolling 12-month contract with a probationary period of 3 months. The contract will be extendable based on satisfactory performance preceding the contract assessment.\n\n Duties & Responsibilities:\n\n Support administrative functions, logistics coordination, and facility arrangements, including venue setup and resource preparation for programs and events.\nAssist in coordinating program activities.\nMaintain accurate records and documentation for various programs.\nCommunicate with program participants and stakeholders.\nRespond to inquiries and provide information about programs.\nSupport social media and marketing efforts to promote programs.\nPerform general office duties such as filing, copying, and managing correspondence.\nParticipate in team meetings and contribute ideas for program improvement.\nUndertake other tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.\n\n Expected Profile of Candidates \n\n Qualifications:\n\n Undergraduate Degree\nBachelor's Degree\n\n Skills & Knowledge:\n\n General & Technical Skills \n\n Strong organizational and time-management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace\nPrevious internship or volunteer experience in program management or a related field is preferred.\n\n Soft Skills \n\n Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\nHigh level of professionalism and a strong work ethic.\nDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.\nAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.\nEnthusiastic and eager to learn.\n\n How to Apply\n\n Interested candidates are requested to submit his/her CVs and cover letters via this application form.
