By bridging the gap between raw data and actionable insights, you will directly influence business outcomes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the end-user experience for our global client base across our Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai hubs.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design and implement high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure data integrity and availability for downstream analytics and machine learning applications.\n\n- Optimize data warehouse performance within Snowflake to reduce latency and improve cost-efficiency for enterprise-level reporting.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions that support long-term organizational growth.\n\n- Develop automated data quality frameworks to proactively identify and resolve inconsistencies, ensuring stakeholders have access to reliable and accurate information.\n\n- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in code quality, documentation, and system architecture to elevate the overall technical standard of the team.\n\nRequired Skillset :\n\n- Demonstrated expertise in building production-grade data pipelines using Python and Spark, with a deep understanding of distributed computing principles.\n\n- Proven ability to architect and manage large-scale data environments within Snowflake DB, ensuring optimal performance and security.\n\n- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including the creation of instructional content using Articulate Storyline for internal training and knowledge sharing.\n\n- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of solving complex data challenges in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\n\n- Minimum of 6 -
