By leveraging your deep expertise in the Java ecosystem and modern cloud-native technologies, you will directly influence the reliability and user experience of our platform, ensuring seamless service delivery for our global customer base.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design and implement resilient microservices using Spring Boot and Java to ensure high availability and modularity of our core business logic.\n\n- Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular and JavaScript to provide a seamless, high-speed experience for our end users.\n\n- Optimize data retrieval and system performance by architecting efficient GraphQL schemas and managing complex PostgreSQL database structures.\n\n- Integrate event-driven architectures using Confluent Kafka to enable real-time data processing and inter-service communication across the ecosystem.\n\n- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance in production environments using Dynatrace to proactively resolve bottlenecks and maintain system health.\n\n- Deploy and manage scalable infrastructure on GCP, ensuring that our cloud environment is cost-effective, secure, and highly performant.\n\nRequired Skillset : \n\n- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular, with a proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.\n\n- Strong proficiency in managing relational databases like PostgreSQL and implementing GraphQL APIs to streamline data exchange between front-end and back-end services.\n\n- Proven experience in cloud-native development on GCP and the ability to leverage Confluent Kafka for building robust, event-driven distributed systems.\n\n- Advanced troubleshooting skills using Dynatrace to analyze application performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in system reliability.\n\n- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within an agile, team-oriented environment.\n\n- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to a hybrid work model in Chennai, demonstrating self-motivation and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions within a 6 -
