Diseñarás y construirás la capa base de una aplicación PWA Offline-First, liderando la arquitectura frontend y colaborando activamente tanto en el backend como en el frontend.\n\nAdemás, trabajarás bajo un enfoque de AI-assisted development, integrando herramientas de IA en tus flujos diarios de trabajo con criterio y seguridad.🎯 ¿Qué buscamos en tu perfil? Seniority: Experiencia sólida como Senior / Tech Lead hands-on con autonomía real. Tech Stack Core: Backend: Node.js + NestJS. Frontend: JavaScript / TypeScript avanzado con Angular o React. Web & PWA: HTML/CSS y desarrollo de Progressive Web Applications con estrategia Offline-First (sincronización, persistencia local, reintentos, idempotencia). Arquitectura & Buenas Prácticas: Clean Architecture / Arquitectura Hexagonal, Testing (unitario, integración, E2E), CI/CD y Cloud (Azure). Liderazgo & Mentoring: Experiencia en Code Reviews, definición de estándares, mentoring a perfiles Semi-Senior y capacidad para destrabar técnicamente al equipo.
