Technical, financial, and customer relationship management\nEnsure the overall management of assigned projects, from launch to completion,\nManage the financial performance of projects, in line with the margin targets set,\nMaintain a relationship of trust with customers, promoting a “win-win” partnership dynamic,\nEnsure compliance with contractual commitments (cost, quality, deadlines).\n3. Project management and team coordination\nOrganize, lead, and supervise multi-disciplinary project teams (mechanical, electrical, software),\nEnsure that teams develop their skills and maintain a positive dynamicm,\nDefine workload plans, monitor performance indicators, and propose corrective actions if necessary,\nEnsure the successful delivery of contractual commitments made to Kickmaker's clients and ensure the expected profitability of projects,\nManage operational trade-offs and report to Kickmaker’s executive team.\n4. Overall management of project activities\nOrganize and lead project team meetings,\nReview and approve activity reports produced by the teams,\nPropose, implement, and promote new project management methods to improve overall performance,\nBe a driving force in the continuous improvement of internal processes.\n5.
