Key Responsibilities 项目全过程支持：协助跟进新项目从设计、原型制作到试产、量产的全过程，完成相关技术文件、测试报告等的准备、核对与维护。 生产与测试支持：为生产线、测试工位及相关部门提供现场技术支持，及时响应并协助解决生产/测试中遇到的技术问题，保障生产顺畅。 设计协同与优化：协助进行产品设计的评估与改进，参与电路、Layout或生产工艺的优化讨论，以提升产品性能、可靠性与生产效率。 元器件支持：协助工程师完成新元器件及替代物料的初步技术评估、样品测试与验证，整理测试数据并撰写基础报告。 跨团队协作：与内部研发、生产、质量团队及外部供应商保持良好沟通，在指导下参与部分与全球工程团队的日常技术交流。 End-to-End Project Assistance: Support the entire process of new projects from design, prototyping, to pilot and mass production phases.
