Position:
Business Development Manager in Turkey and CIS countries
Role:
Establish and grow all KGS brands of Fire, PAVA and Aspiration business in Turkey and CIS countries by developing the relationships with consultants, end users, contractors and a network of distribution partners.
Generating new business opportunities, and driving market adoption of all fire brands of Kidde Global Solutions namely: Edwards, Kidde Commercial, GST, PAVA and Aspiration.
Supporting Sales Team in these countries to deliver profitable sales growth through strong customer relationships, high-quality solutions, superior customer support, and ethical business practices.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and expand a network of Channel Partners and customers to drive the growth of all mentioned fire alarm brands of KGS in Turkey, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Georgia, and other CIS countries.
Generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and end users to increase market adoption and sales growth.
Manage business development plans, sales pipelines, and forecasts to achieve revenue, profitability, and receivables targets.
Provide commercial and technical support to partners and customers, ensuring successful project development and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Represent KGS at industry events, trade shows, seminars, and customer meetings to strengthen brand awareness and generate demand.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities, while championing the Voice of the Customer across the organization.
Basic Qualifications:
Engineering or other technical degree, preferably in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Business Administration University Degree.
Minimum 10 years of proven commercial experience in the fire alarm and security industry, with substantial knowledge of fire detection systems, distribution channels, and the Turkish market.
Demonstrated experience in business development and channel partner management with International companies.
Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering value and building long-term relationships.
Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to establish credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented, with strong ethical standards and a proactive mindset.
Strong team player, capable of working effectively across functions in a collaborative environment.
Comfortable working in an international and multicultural organization, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
Good knowledge of fire detection standards and regulations.
Proficiency in digital business tools, Microsoft 365 applications, CRM systems, and AI-driven solutions to enhance productivity, customer engagement, and business performance.
