decisions, growth opportunities, market expansion, and portfolio optimization.\nSupport strategic projects, transformation initiatives, and performance improvement programs.\nSales Performance & Incentive Management\nManage daily sales tracking and maintain clear visibility of actual performance against sales targets, forecast, and prior year.\nProvide regular performance insights to Sales and Finance leadership, and work together with Operations to ensure clarity around in-month sales projections\nOwn the quarterly calculation, validation, and submission of sales bonus payments in line with approved incentive plans and performance results.\nServe as budget owner for commercial investments, operating expenses, and customer rebate programs, ensuring effective resource allocation, financial discipline, governance, and alignment with strategic business objectives.\nSupport annual target setting and sales incentive plan modelling.\nProcess Improvement & Automation\nDrive continuous improvement of forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes.\nImprove reporting efficiency, data quality, and business visibility through automation and standardization.\nPartner with the Commercial Excellence team to develop and enhance performance dashboards, providing actionable insights that drive commercial execution, accountability, and business performance.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to simplify processes and enhance decision-making capabilities.\nSupport adoption of digital tools and analytics solutions across the finance organization.\n\nRequirements\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.\n5-8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Finance, or Financial Controlling.\nFluency in English\nExperience partnering with Sales, Commercial, or Operational leadership teams.\nExperience working in a multinational and matrix environment.\nExperience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership.\nComfortable operating with ambiguity and driving change.\nAnalytical & Systems Skills\nAdvanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capabilities.\nExperience working with ERP and reporting systems.\nProficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.\nExperience developing and enhancing dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting tools.\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to transform large datasets into meaningful business
