You will proactively identify sales opportunities, understand customer needs and work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.\nKey responsibilities\nManage and develop relationships with existing customer accounts\nProactively contact customers to identify and maximise sales opportunities\nUnderstand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions\nIdentify opportunities for up-selling and additional sales\nBuild long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat and regular business\nProvide exceptional customer service with energy, warmth and professionalism\nSupport Area Sales Managers with business development activities\nLiaise with internal departments and external carriers to ensure a smooth customer experience\nStay up to date with new product launches, promotions and company initiatives\nMaintain accurate customer records and ensure a high level of attention to detail\nSupport customer-facing activities and procedures where required\nRemain proactive and adaptable, particularly during busy periods\nThe person\nWe are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and customer service and takes pride in representing our brand.\nPrevious experience in an internal sales, account management or customer service role would be advantageous, but is not essential, as full training will be
