Basic Function
Customer facing and selling role. Supports and executes marketing and sales strategies, policies, and programs for company products. Prospects, develops, expands and maintains business. Drives strategically positioned product offerings to maximize revenue. Respond to proposal requests from customers and develop proposals for presentation to customers. Perform forecasting for respective channels, customer group, or territory.
General Responsibilities
Manages distributor relationships in Denmark and Sweden (Could be full Region).
Develops and expands existing distributor partnerships.
Creates new agreements and business opportunities with distributors’ largest customers.
Educate distributor branch personnel on products and marketing programs.
Ensures forecast accuracy and consistent sales pipeline visibility.
Drives distributor performance and business growth across both countries supported by plans on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Identifies new market opportunities through channel partners (installers).
Keep management informed by submitting monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts against the plans.
Qualifications / Requirements
Familiarity with web-based delivery systems & multiservice network technologies.
General computer & systems knowledge; MS Windows environment: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.;
Salesforce knowledge.
Strong ONE TEAM spirit.
Innovative and available to change.
Proven sales and/or business development record in a commercial Fire and/or Security detection technology environment.
Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.
Specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices.

No issue to travel frequently across the Nordic region and a few times per year within Europe. Having regular face to face meetings with our customers is seen as key in our business.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business with 10+ years of related experience
Languages
Fluent in Danish and/or Swedish.
Fluent English.
