This role supports the day-to-day planning, coordination, and execution of creative and marketing projects from briefing through final delivery.\nThe Marketing Project Coordinator works closely with creative execution teams and cross-functional Marketing partners to build and maintain project schedules, coordinate workflows, track deliverables, and keep projects moving forward. This role serves as a central point of communication for assigned projects, ensuring teams remain aligned on priorities, timing, responsibilities, and next steps.\nThe ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys bringing structure to complex work, building strong relationships, and managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject manage assigned creative and marketing projects from briefing through final delivery.\nBuild and maintain project schedules, tasks, timelines, milestones, and workflow information within Adobe Workfront and other Marketing tools.\nCoordinate multiple concurrent projects across creative teams, Marketing partners, and other cross-functional stakeholders based on established priorities, scope, and deadlines.\nServe as a central point of communication for assigned projects, proactively communicating status, responsibilities, risks, dependencies, and next steps.\nIdentify project roadblocks and partner with appropriate teams or leaders to resolve or escalate issues.\nLead and facilitate recurring project status meetings, reviews, and other workflow discussions to drive alignment, decisions, and next steps.\nEnsure project briefs, requirements, decisions, and approvals are complete and appropriately documented.\nCoordinate with external agencies, partners, vendors, or freelancers as needed.\nBuild strong working relationships across Marketing and partner teams to support effective collaboration and project delivery.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nResponsibilities may evolve as business needs, team structures, tools, and ways of working change\nSupport additional Marketing Operations and Creative Operations initiatives as needed.\nPerform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience\n3+ years’ experience in project coordination, project management, Marketing Operations, Creative Operations, or a related role.\nPreferred Qualifications\n2+ years of professional experience working within or directly supporting a Marketing organization.\n1+ years of project management or project coordination experience within a consumer-packaged goods (CPG), durable goods, manufacturing, or product-based organization.\nExperience managing or coordinating multiple concurrent projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders.\nExperience working directly with creative teams, including graphic designers.\nProfessional experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nExperience managing creative projects involving graphic design, packaging, digital, ecommerce, photography, video, print, or other marketing deliverables.\nExperience supporting product launches or marketing initiatives for physical products.\nExperience with Adobe Workfront or another project/work management platform.\nExperience working within retail or ecommerce environments.\nFamiliarity with creative processes and the ability to translate briefs and requirements into actionable tasks and timelines.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify project risks and escalate issues
