This position collaborates with cross-functional teams to support engineering change implementation, design validation, and manufacturing problem-solving while contributing to continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives. \nKey Responsibilities.\nProvide technical support to operations and product sustaining projects.\nGenerate and maintain engineering technical documentation.\nCoordinate product validation and durability testing activities.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and improvement efforts.\nGenerate and update engineering drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs).\nSupport the implementation and documentation of engineering changes.\nProvide technical support to manufacturing in resolving product-related issues.\nParticipate in productivity, continuous improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives.\nBasic Qualifications. Education.\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering discipline.\nIntermediate English proficiency required for interaction with global teams and preparation of technical documentation.\nExperience.\nExperience in product design and development, preferably within safety products or consumer goods industries.\nKnowledge of mechanical design and engineering documentation.\nExperience with design validation and management of Bills of Materials (BOMs).\nKnowledge of creating and interpreting engineering drawings.\nKnowledge of analytical tools such as FMEA and DVP.\nUnderstanding of manufacturing processes.\nExperience using SolidWorks CAD.\nPreferred Qualifications.\nExperience in New Product Development (NPD).\nParticipation in productivity and cost-reduction projects.\nExperience in Research and Development (R&D).\nKnowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).\nKnowledge of project management and continuous improvement methodologies.\nExperience in reliability analysis and durability testing.\nKnowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.\nExperience with engineering changes and technical documentation control.\nKnowledge of Product Data Management (PDM) systems, preferably Windchill.\nExperience supporting product sustaining activities.\nKnowledge of JDE ERP and Microsoft Office applications.\nCompetencies.\nEffective communication skills.\nStrong analytical skills.\nProblem-solving ability.\nCollaborative approach when working with Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and
