support migration planning and delivery for Flutter-based mobile applications.\nTechnology Platform\nC#, .NET MAUI and .NET MAUI XAML.\nAndroid and iOS mobile development.\nFlutter and Dart for app migration and future mobile development.\nVisual Studio, Android tools and Xcode for development, debugging and release activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, maintain and improve the Tecom mobile app for Android and iOS using C#, .NET MAUI and XAML.\nSupport migration of existing mobile app features to Flutter, including UI, business logic, native integrations and platform-specific capabilities.\nWork with Security panels and security products using secure APIs, WebSockets and socket connections.\nMaintain the current binary protocol, including message handling, validation, reconnection and error recovery.\nBuild app features for user management, alarms, events, status information, mobile control and remote access.\nMaintain secure WebViews, authentication flows, session handling and recovery from connection failures.\nIntegrate native Android and iOS SDKs or plug-ins for video, notifications, secure storage and platform features.\nTroubleshoot issues across the app, native plug-ins, panel communications, networks, Android and iOS.\nSecurity Responsibilities\nImplement secure communications using HTTPS/TLS, authenticated socket sessions and the encryption required by each panel generation.\nMaintain AES encryption, secure session establishment, message authentication, certificate validation and key handling where required.\nProtect credentials, tokens, encryption keys, certificates and sensitive user or security information using approved mobile secure-storage facilities.\nValidate data received through binary protocols, HTTPS APIs, WebSockets, notifications and WebViews.\nRequired Technical Skills\nStrong experience in C# and mobile app development.\nHands-on experience with .NET MAUI, XAML, Android and iOS.\nWorking knowledge of Flutter and Dart, especially for migration from existing native or .NET MAUI apps.\nExperience with HTTPS, WebSockets, TCP sockets, JSON and binary protocols.\nUnderstanding of mobile security, encryption, certificates, secure storage and authentication.\nExperience integrating native Android and iOS libraries, video SDKs, WebViews and push notifications.\nGood troubleshooting, testing and documentation skills.\nDevelopment Tools and Process\nJIRA for requirements, task management, defect tracking and release coordination.\nSVN for source control, branching, merging and release tagging.\nJenkins for continuous integration, automated builds, testing, packaging and controlled release workflows.\nVisual Studio and the .NET SDK, together with Android and Apple development, testing, profiling and signing tools.\nUnit, integration and protocol testing, including simulation of Security panel communications.\nCode reviews, defect investigation, release verification and clear technical documentation.\nDesirable Experience\nSecurity, access-control, alarm or building-control mobile applications.\nDirect communication with embedded controllers or security panels.\nKnowledge of security products.\nVideo streaming, codecs, native multimedia SDKs or application-store release processes.\nExperience migrating apps to Flutter or building cross-platform Flutter
