This role combines traditional graphic design expertise with modern multimedia and AI-assisted content creation to help deliver impactful marketing campaigns and customer experiences. \nKey Responsibilities\nBrand & Graphic Design\nMaintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.\nDesign brochures, product sheets, flyers, advertisements, catalogs, product packaging, and sales collateral.\nCreate trade show graphics, signage, and event materials.\nDevelop PowerPoint presentations and visual storytelling assets.\nDigital Marketing & Content Creation\nDesign website graphics, landing pages, email creative, and digital advertisements.\nDevelop social media content and campaign assets.\nCreate illustrations, infographics, and product imagery.\nVideo & Motion Graphics\nProduce video content, motion graphics, animations, and multimedia assets.\nRepurpose long-form content into shorter digital formats.\nAI-Assisted Creative Development\nLeverage AI-powered creative tools to accelerate content development and improve workflow efficiency.\nCreate AI-generated imagery, product visualizations, animations, video concepts, and creative assets.\nDevelop effective prompts and workflows to support marketing initiatives.\nReview and refine AI-generated outputs to ensure brand consistency and quality.\nProject Management\nManage multiple projects simultaneously across brands.\nCollaborate with cross functional teams and external agencies\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field\n3+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or creative services\nPreferred Qualifications\nStrong portfolio showcasing branding, print, digital, and multimedia work\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects\nExperience creating digital, print, video, and motion graphic content\nExperience using AI-powered creative tools to develop imagery, video, animations, and creative concepts\nStrong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling\nAbility to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams\nStrong communication skills and attention to detail\nExperience designing for websites, landing pages, email marketing, and social media\nExperience with AI creative platforms\nFamiliarity with Figma, Adobe XD, HTML, CSS, or content management systems\nExperience preparing files for print production, packaging, and large-format graphics\nAbility to repurpose long-form video into short-form digital
