Working closely with Product Owners, Sales, and Engineering teams, you will not only define product requirements but also contribute directly to the design of user experiences and user interfaces.\nYou will be responsible for requirements analysis, user research, workflow definition, wireframing, prototyping, and validating that proposed solutions meet both business objectives and user expectations. Your ability to combine analytical thinking with UX/UI expertise will be essential in shaping products that are both functional and engaging. \nResponsibilities:\nGather, analyze, and document business, customer, and user requirements.\nTranslate requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.\nDesign user journeys, workflows, navigation structures, and user interactions.\nConduct usability reviews and identify opportunities to improve user experience.\nCreate and maintain UX/UI specifications for web and mobile applications.\nValidate proposed designs with Product Owners, Sales, customers, and development teams.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to ensure proper implementation of UX/UI requirements.\nManage product documentation in Confluence and Jira.\n\nMinimum Requirements:\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Product Analysis, UX Design, Product Design, or a similar role.\nProven experience designing web and mobile application interfaces.\nStrong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability.\nExperience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications.\nProficiency with Figma or similar design tools.\nExperience translating business requirements into user-centered solutions.\nHands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.\nIdeal Candidate\nA professional who can move seamlessly between business discussions, requirements analysis, and user interface design.
