Working closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and international Product Management teams, you will turn market and customer insight into clear product decisions. Your work will directly influence product strategy, customer experience, and business growth. This role reports to the Director Product Management and Solutions, Aritech.\nRole Description\nSenior product professional with deep experience of the electronic security industry, working independently on complex product and market challenges.\nOwns the strategy and roadmap of the Access Control portfolio.\nActs as the link between customers, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.\nWorks throughout the complete product lifecycle, from concept and launch to sustaining and end-of-life.\nBrings market and competitive expertise to guide product and business decisions.\nResponsibilities\nDefine and execute the product roadmap for the Access Control portfolio, with clear, data-driven prioritization.\nAnalyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.\nBuild business cases and value propositions that turn opportunities into development priorities.\nTranslate market needs into clear requirements and work closely with R&D through development, validation, and launch.\nManage the full product lifecycle, including sustaining and end-of-life.\nLead customer and market discovery with installers, integrators, end users, and partners.\nDefine positioning and messaging with Marketing; support launches and sales enablement.\nContribute to pricing decisions based on customer value and competitive insight.\nTrack portfolio performance and drive corrective actions.\nRepresent Aritech with key customers and at industry events and trade shows.\nQualifications\nExperience in the electronic security industry, ideally in Access Control.\nBackground in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Engineering on security technology products (hardware, software, or connected systems).\nProven experience owning a roadmap and turning customer insights into requirements.\nSolid technical understanding of electronic systems and connected devices.\nAbility to influence and lead cross-functional teams in an international matrix organization.\nStrong analytical and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing, or equivalent experience.\nFluent English;
