The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a team of sales professionals, and expanding customer relationships within a designated territory or market segment. Key Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed assigned sales revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to maximize productivity and results.
Develop and execute territory and account strategies to drive new business and customer expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts with enterprise and mid-market customers.
Collaborate with solution specialists, technical teams, marketing, and customer success organizations to deliver customer outcomes.
Drive pipeline generation and maintain accurate forecasting through CRM tools.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of technology sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
2+ years of sales leadership.
Strong customer relationship management and consultative selling skills.Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and develop action plans.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
Experience leading teams in a high-growth technology environment.
Experience working with channel partners, system integrators, or technology alliances.
Strong understanding of solution-selling and value-based sales methodologies.
