This role sits at the intersection of data and strategy and is critical in supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization by delivering actionable insights, maintaining reporting frameworks, and ensuring the integrity and accessibility that shape decisions across Kidde Residential Fire. This person will champion our mission to be data-driven and will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating data into meaningful strategies that drive performance. The role is highly visible with broad exposure to senior leaders across the business. \nKey Responsibilities\nLeverage data tools to provide reporting and insights which will further develop company objectives. \nAnalyze business performance data and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across departments. \nDevelop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) on new product development and new business developments. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions. \nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting platforms and data sources. \nSupport the creation of executive-level presentations and reporting materials. \nResponsible for developing and running weekly and monthly brand reports to help partnership teams understand trends. \nAbility to manage ad-hoc analysis requests and prioritize competing projects based on business impact. \nIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and communicate findings effectively into clear narratives and recommendation \nPartner with sales, marketing and product teams to answer market and competitive questions \nAd-hoc requests/projects as needed.\n Basic Qualifications \nBachelor’s Degree \n4+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related role.\n\nPreferred Qualifications \nBachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.\nStrong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets (writing, optimizing and troubleshooting complex queries) \nExperience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. \nUnderstanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes. \nProven track record of building collaborative relationships across functional areas. \nSelf-starter with an ability to drive projects from initiation to completion. \nAdept at prioritizing work and key projects based on the needs of the team and the business. \nStrong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. \nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise
