We provide relocation support to help make the transition as smooth as possible.Role Overview We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our R&D organization and validate communication-centric security solutions across both wireless (RF) and addressable (RS485-based) portfolios. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring reliable, robust, and compliant communication between devices, gateways, control panels, and backend systems in complex, mixed-technology installations.Key Responsibilities\nValidate RF-based communication (including long-range, low-power alarm signaling, high-throughput image and audio transmission)\nExecute RF performance and robustness tests\nTest addressable and hybrid installation (including device addressing, enrollment, topology handling)\nTest protocol behaviors (eg. protocol coexistence and prioritization)\nSupport development of automation-based test solutions and validation setups\nSupport compliance readiness for EN 50131 through structured test evidence\nCreate and maintain test plans, test reports, and defect documentation\nCollaborate daily with R&D engineers, product management, and compliance teams\nRequired Profile\nEngineering degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or related technical field\nStrong experience in Quality Assurance domain\nExperience in wireless systems validation, bus-based systems or hardware-related products testing (focused on communication)\nExperience with performance-oriented testing (latency, range, throughput)\nPractical knowledge of Sub-GHz radio systems, RF protocols, or IoT communication\nKnowledge of QA processes, methods and tools and ability to use them in practice\nAnalytical, data-driven approach to testing and reporting\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills (including usage of debugging logs, traces, serial output)\nGood command of English language (in writing and speech)\nAdditinal Qualifications\nTest automation skills using Python\nISTQB certificate\nExperience in Attlasian toolchain usage\nExperience with EN 50131 or similar standards\nExperience in intrusion, detection or access domain\nWHAT WE OFFER\nCompetitive salary and benefits package: \nMeal Vouchers\nLuxMed Medical Insurance\nMultiSport Card\nIKE/IKZE Additional Pension Contribution\nIndividuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company’s performance.
