integration of security systems and APIs, optimizing resource utilization, and implementing industry best practices.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide training and technical support to customers regarding system functionalities.\nTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.\nTroubleshoot and address issues with cloud infrastructure\nInstall and maintain software, operating systems, and hardware components.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud systems, including architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides\nAssist customers with tasks such as user profile creation, updates, and backups.\nAssist with the deployment and setup of cloud resources\nManage and distribute technical documents to customers when required.\nAnalyze cloud system performance metrics and logs to identify trends, forecast needs, and recommend improvements or upgrades\nEnsure the seamless integration of third-party systems and APIs (e.g., security systems like cameras, intrusion sensors).\nCollaborate with internal teams and external integrators to ensure successful implementation of security solutions.\nDevelop and implement customized solutions based on customer-specific needs and requirements.\nAnalyze customer and user requirements to design effective software solutions.\nWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable software using languages such as C++, Java, and Python.\nTroubleshoot technical issues related to APIs, providing level 1 and 2 support.\nTest software and cloud applications and make necessary adjustments to ensure reliability.\nIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs and performance issues.\nWrite technical documentation and collaborate with Technical Writers.\nRecommend new technologies and improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.\nFollow up regularly and ensure the quality of integrations performed.\nRequirements:\nFluent in English\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nAt least 10 years of proven experience as a Cloud Support Engineer or in a similar position\nStrong understanding of cloud systems, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.\nProficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, and experience with web technologies like JSON, XML.\nExperience in integrating third-party systems and API architecture.\nStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for software development and debugging.\nExperience in developing and supporting REST APIs.\nExperience with security technologies such as surveillance cameras, intrusion sensors, etc., is a plus.\nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.\nAbility to multitask and manage multiple issues simultaneously.\nStrong teamwork and collaboration skills to work within a diverse engineering environment.\nAbility to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with physical security systems (e.g., cameras, sensors, intrusion systems).\nExperience with cybersecurity, particularly in data protection and system security.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\nFamiliarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.\nCloud certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, or similar credentials\nExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.\nAdditional programming languages like Ruby or Go.\nExperience in industries such as IoT, industrial automation, or consumer electronics.\nKnowledge of regulatory standards and certifications applicable to sensors and devices.\nA minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role or a technical environment related to system
