As the captain of the channel/trade team planogramming, this individual will lead the development of account specific planograms with the support of the trade, sales, and product teams. This individual will also support the team in the execution of briefs and development of collateral and presentations.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and maintain planogram database, distribute schematics, and coordinate updates for team to optimize product placement, improve category flow, and maximize sales performance while ensuring alignment with Kidde and retailer strategies\nPartner with Sr. Managers to provide strategic and tactical recommendations both online and in-store on product placement, distribution, planogramming, and merchandising to improve category performance\nPartner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Trade) to ensure the successful introduction of new products within retail channels.
